Payment

UK Payments Accepted : PayPal (payment to Skycaptain@the-gpz900r-shop.co.uk), Bank Transfer (please email for details), Personal Cheques (please allow 7 days for cheques to clear) & Postal Orders.

International Payment Accepted : PayPal ONLY (payment to Skycaptain@the-gpz900r-shop.co.uk) Please NO personal cheques or Money Orders as I cannot cash them here in the UK.

Unless requested otherwise, I usually send by Royal Mail 2nd Class or DPD Next Day

WORLDWIDE

Depending on the size & weight of the order, your items will be shipped by DHL, FedEx, or Airmail. I don't send by surface mail as it is too damn slow!

Proof of posting is always obtained for UK and International Buyers


Delivery         

I usually ship within 24 hours of payments being received (except Sundays). Once it is posted I have no control over Royal Mail & their delivery times. If an item is urgent you can always contact me to upgrade your postage to Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD Next Day


Refunds & Returns          


If you are not happy with your purchase, please notify us (via the return form) and return it to us within 14 days. We will give a refund, provided the goods are returned in the same condition they were dispatched, and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence. Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome on your behalf. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware we reserve the right to process a refund as soon as we have clearance from the Royal Mail/Parcel Force, this can take several weeks but we will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate. Electrical items are excluded from this refund policy and will not be liable for a refund. Free items sent with purchases MUST be returned with the original purchase to qualify for a full refund.

I am human, and occasionally I do make mistakes. If the error is mine, I will put it right at my expense! If the error is yours, I expect you to suffer postage costs. In all cases please contact me within seven days to ensure a timely service.

In the case of lost in post or damage in post, please contact me within fourteen days and I will do my level best to resolve any issues. If an item is lost in the post, I reserve the right to refrain from issuing a refund until I receive my "Lost in Post" form back from you.

Please enclose your name, the Item Number and Item Title in any communication.

Almost all enquiries are responded to the same working day, usually within four hours.
